Welcome to the National Institute of Digital Careers and Skills (NIDCS). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our courses, website, services, and materials. By enrolling in any course or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms.
1. Registration & Enrollment
All students must provide accurate and complete personal and academic information during admission.
Admission to any course is subject to seat availability and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
NIDCS reserves the right to accept or reject any application without stating reasons.
2. Course Fees & Payment
Full or installment payment must be completed as per the specified schedule.
Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned in the Refund Policy.
Delayed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of course access.
3. Course Conduct & Attendance
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and complete assignments/projects on time.
Minimum attendance (as prescribed) is mandatory for eligibility for final exams or certification.
Misbehavior, misconduct, or any unethical activity may result in expulsion without refund.
4. Certification
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course, assessments, and full fee clearance.
All certificates issued by NIDCS are digitally verifiable and hold value under our accreditation bodies.
5. Use of Study Materials
All course materials, eBooks, videos, software, and tools provided are for educational use only.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
6. Code of Conduct
Students and staff must maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times.
Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or harassment (online or offline) will not be tolerated.
7. Technical Requirements
For online/hybrid courses, students must ensure access to a device (computer/mobile) with internet connectivity.
NIDCS is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s end.
8. Franchise & Branches
Students enrolled through franchisees or authorized centers are subject to the same terms.
Local disputes, fees, or service issues must be resolved with the respective branch.
9. Modifications
NIDCS reserves the right to modify course structure, content, schedule, fees, and terms at any time.
All updates will be notified via official website, SMS, or email.
10. Limitation of Liability
NIDCS shall not be held responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or academic setback caused due to external factors.
Career outcomes are subject to individual effort, market conditions, and external certifications, if any.
11. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Insert Local Jurisdiction], India.
