💰 Refund Policy

At NIDCS – National Institute of Digital Careers and Skills, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our refund policy as follows:

1. General Refund Terms

  • Course fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special circumstances outlined below.

  • All requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to the institute’s administrative office or official email.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

a. Course Cancellation by Institute

  • If a course is canceled by the institute before commencement, 100% of the fees will be refunded.

b. Duplicate Payment

  • If a student makes a duplicate payment by mistake, a full refund of the excess amount will be processed after verification.

c. Withdrawal Before Course Start

  • If a student withdraws at least 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the fee (excluding registration/admin charges) may be refunded.

d. No Refund After Course Start

  • Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including absence, incomplete attendance, or dissatisfaction.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable:

  • Registration or Admission Fees

  • Study Material or Kit Charges (once issued)

  • Exam or Certification Fees

  • GST or other government taxes

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.

5. Special Cases

  • In case of genuine medical emergencies or unavoidable situations, students may request course rescheduling instead of a refund. Such requests are at the sole discretion of the management.

6. Franchise Centres

  • Students enrolled through franchise or authorized training centres must contact the respective branch for refund queries. The head office is not liable for refunds at local centres.
